Young Brown Scholars Book launch
We are publishing a new book in 2025, featuring the spoken word poem 10 Pieces of Advice for Young Brown Scholars, written by our co-founder and director, Dr. Michelle Johansson.
At the end of 2024, we held an illustration competition to select the artwork that will accompany the book. A jury of three artists selected the winning entries, and during Brave Summit 2024, the audience voted for their favorite pieces, helping us choose the grand winner.
